I FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME STUDY
Full-time study: the student meets the requirements of at least 75 % of the extent of the curriculum by the end of each academic year. The student is entitled to health insurance benefits, study loans and national education allowances. The study placements funded from the state budget are open for eligible full-time students.
Part-time study: the student meets the requirements of 50% to 75% of the extent of the curriculum by the end of each academic year. The student is entitled to health insurance benefits, but not to study loans and national education allowances.
Admission requirements
Secondary education acquired in Estonia or an equivalent education from a foreign country;
For applicants having finished a school with the language of instruction other than Estonian: at least a 60-point score of the state exam Estonian as a Second Language or the Certificate of the Estonian Language Proficiency Examination or the equivalent result of the Intermediate Estonian Examination.
Ranking criteria
Grade point average (GPA) of the Secondary Education Diploma.
The Admissions Committee may invite the candidate to an interview.

II EXTERNAL
The external student conducts individual academic activities in accordance with the conditions concluded between the parties. An external student is eligible to choose subjects in the curriculum, participate in classes, take examinations, receive assessments and obtain a diploma. The external student does not have a formal status of a student. The external student can apply for matriculation after one semester in case the educational requirements are fulfilled and at least 15 credit points have been accumulated at the IT College. Registering external students takes place in the beginning of each semester provided the availability of vacant places.
